How do you get ideas to work? First , listen.  What is your audience listening to or talking about? Are you energized by something? Start there! Next , brainstorm how you can take their ideas to the next level. This might require a little research, but it will be worth it. Then , repackage it as their idea with a twist. Share it as an infographic, a manual, poster, PowerPoint or commercial. Own it!
